FR_2639_BT&BLE修改在BT_EVT_LE_CONNECTED判断master地址，若不为0xffffffffffff则将mem_mouse_fast_conn_flag写为0x5a，解决首次烧录后连接BLE过程中提前发包导致配对失败问题。
