1,添加dongle ota 功能, 现只加了eeprom 2,添加脚本 create_exen.pl ，三个参数分别是otp,flash，eeprom的大小（单位是kb）；脚本会根据eeprom.dat输出三个文件otp.dat,eeprom.dat,flash.dat,会在输出文件中写入配置到 mem_g24_ota_config_type，mem_g24_ota_storage_size ，mem_g24_ota_config_addr中
